I appliqued and embroidered this shirt for Andrew Saturday evening for him to wear to church yesterday. He looked so cute. Of course I couldn’t get him to let me take a picture of him with it on. Maybe next time.
We took this picture after we got home from church on Sunday morning. After we dressed in our pj’s and opened Christmas gifts. We had a great time.
This is what our house looked like for the Christmas holiday. The boys helped Tim and were very instrumental in the Cross and Tree designs. They are so smart.
Andrew started preschool 2 weeks ago. We prepared him by telling him about preschool through the summer. He was excited about the idea of going to school like his big brothers. The first picture is before we left the house to go to preschool. Big smile!
The second is the, “Oh wait my mom is by the door and might be leaving me look.”
Needless to say he wasn’t smiling when I left. He cried and of course didn’t want me to go. He has a wonderful teacher, Mrs. Donna. She had the director call me and let me know that he didn’t cry for long and was having a grand time.
The second day was more crying, but after a few minutes he settled down and enjoyed himself. The third day was amazing no tears and hugs bye for Mrs. Donna. Tomorrow is day four. He says he is excited and won’t cry. He is growing up too fast.
I went into Andrew’s room to put up some wandering toys. This is what I found.
I asked him why he took all of the toys out of the toy box? He said, “Cause I wanna get in there.” I chuckled and asked if he got in there. He said, “Uh Huh.” I asked him if he was going to put the toys back in the toy box. He stared at me like I was crazy.
Andrew and Brailun got up on the bed together. I started singing the monkeys jumping on the bed song. They thought it was funny. Couldn’t resist another photo.
This is Joshua’s good friend Moses. They were in kindergarten together.
Today Andrew got his first popcicle all to himself. He loved it. He ate almost the whole thing.

Andrew started walking with the help of his toy this morning. He just took right off. He got stuck a few times and had to be turned around. He will be walking soon.

Here are a few pictures I took of the two younger boys over the last few days. Now that Tyler is a “teenager” he doesn’t care to be in the pictures.

Josh was dancing to the Black Eye Peas. (It’s a band Mom.)

He thinks he is grown.

Here is 4 Tennessee blocks sewn together. I am making these for a swap. These 4 are in a quilt I put together. I will show the quilt at a later date. I am going to love making a bed sized scrappy quilt in these blocks.

I snapped these pictures this morning of my little professor.

Doesn’t it look like he is reading the back of the book?

One year ago today my beautiful baby boy came into the world. What a blessing from God. We are truly blessed.
