I put this applique and embroidery design together today using Embird. I am going to stitch it onto a shirt for Andrew. The astronaut applique design is from Applique Frenzy. The planet and stars are a free design from the net. The embroidery font is also from Applique Frenzy. It is called Giggles and Grins. Applique Frenzy was recommended on Facebook by Applique Alley. (Whom I LOVE by the way.) I have a ton of her designs. Seriously, too many.
I made this Alabama Christmas ornament using a circle tag applique design from Applique Momma. I added the A from a design I already had. I used my Janome 350e Embroidery Machine to stitch it out. 
I did a practice run with a fringe giraffe applique design that I purchased from Applique Alley. I love her applique designs. I was worried about ripping out the bobbin stitches to get the fringe look. It was easier than I thought it would be. I love how it turned out. Now I am ready to sew it on a burp cloth. She is having a sale right now. The designs are .87 to $1.00.

I appliqued and embroidered this shirt for Andrew Saturday evening for him to wear to church yesterday. He looked so cute. Of course I couldn’t get him to let me take a picture of him with it on. Maybe next time.
I got this embroidery and applique design from Applique Alley. Tested it out tonight on a shirt for Andrew. He said he wants to wear it to church.
